My Story:
For many years, I worked in Toronto’s vibrant performing arts sector and I’ve been an active volunteer in the social services sector for most of my adult life. I’ve worked with people living in poverty, teenage parents, self-identified women involved in sex work and children with special needs. I began practicing Mindfulness Mediation in my early twenties, when I first became interested in the human mind. I live in the West end of Toronto with my longtime partner, our two school age kids and our two dogs.
